Crock Pot Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 lb round steak, sliced
  • 4 onions, sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 8 crusty rolls
  • cheese of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except rolls and cheese in Crock Pot.
Give it a good stir, cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
When the meat is tender, add a heaping pile of meat, onion, and pepper mixture to a crusty roll, and top with cheese.
Broil for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Grab some napkins, and dig in!
