Ingredients

  • Muffin:
  • 2 C. Sifted Flour
  • 3 t. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 3 T. Oil
  • 1 Large Apple, chopped
  • 1 C. Pecans, chopped
  • 1 Egg, well beaten
  • 3/4 C. Milk
  • 1/3 t. Salt
  • Topping Crunch:
  • 1/3 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 C. Nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 t. Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg with beater. Add all dry ingredients which have been sifted together. Add oil, milk & apple. In greased muffin tin, fill tins 1/2 full. Sprinkle with topping crunch.

BAKE 400 for 20 minutes
