Ann’s Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • Combine in the bottom of large salad bowl:
  • Wash 2 heads of romaine lettuce and spin dry
  • Crisp and dice 6/7 slices of bacon
  •  6 tbsp. vegetable oil
  •  2 " vinegar
  •  1 " olive oil
  •  1 " lemon juice
  •  1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Season with a pinch of sugar, pepper, dry mustard, & tarragon
Add a dash of Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. parsley, 2 small cloves of crushed garlic (to taste), and 2 raw eggs
Stir until well blended.
Place lettuce on top of mixture, then add 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, 7-8 sliced mushrooms, 1/2 green or red pepper, 1/4 cup of parsley, and three boiled sliced eggs.
Cover and refrigerate about two to three hours, toss from the bottom, serve, and enjoy!!!
