Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef - sirloin
- 1 /2 - 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cans cream of ? soup (chicken, celery, mushroom, etc.)
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs Worchestershire sauce
- 3/4 - 1 cup Minute Rice
- Add about 1/2 cup water
- Chow mein noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat.
Mix onion, celery, cream soups, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce together.
Add Minute Rice and ground beef and water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Top with chow mein noodles and cook for 10 minutes.
