Ingredients

  • 6 hot dogs, thinly sliced
  • 4 med. potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 2 tab. minced onion
  • 2 tab. soft butter
  • 1 cup cooked peas
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the hot dog slices with potatoes onions and butter in a 7 by 11 baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the meat mixture. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 4-6
