Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 cup milk
  • 2-ounces 2-ounces milk chocolate
  • 1-ounce 1-ounce semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Pinch Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 (1.5-ounce) shot 1 (1.5-ounce) shot glass-full of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 3 large 3 large marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Add the milk, sugar, and chocolate to a small pot and cook on a low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate and sugar have dissolved. Whisk in the peanut butter until smooth, then add the spices. Remove from the heat, stir in the rum, and pour into a mug or glass. Stir in the marshmallows and allow them to melt and enrich the cocoa.
