Chilis Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground sirloin
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup tomato soup (optional)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tab. chili powder
  • 1 tab. salt
  • 1 tab. paprika
  • 1/2 tea. pepper
  • 1/4 tea cumin
  • 1/4 tea. cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

Saute meat in large saucepan. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer until excess moisture evaporates (don't let it get too dry)
