Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crumb Crust
- 3/8 cup melted butter
- 1 pkg. crumbled crackers
- Pat into springform pan. Oven 325 degrees 5 to 10 min. Cool.
- 3-8 ounce pkg cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tab. lemon juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tab. flour
- 1/4 cup cream or milk
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4-1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Cream cream cheese, vanilla , lemon juice. Beat, beat, beat.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add sugar, flour, cream.
Beat egg whites to soft peaks, fold in. Pour on crust. 325 degree oven, 45 min.
Mix sour cream, powdered sugar,vanilla, pour on sides so weight won't sink middle. Return to oven 5 to 6 min. Cool, then refrigerate.
