Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Milk (or Soy or Almond Milk)
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in the blender container, cover and process 15 to 30 seconds or until smooth.

If necessary pulse to break up chunks.

Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.
