  • 2 racks pork baby back ribs (abt.
  • 4 1/2 lbs)
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 1/2 C barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 C cherry preserves
  • 1 TBL dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Step 1


cut ribs into serving-size pieces
sprinkle w/ pepper
place in 5-6 qt. slow cooker
combine remaining ingredients
pour over ribs

cover & cook on low for 6-8 hrs or until meat is tender

serve w/ sauce
