Ingredients
- 2 cans (11ozeach) condensed
- Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
- 8 C thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 C thinly sliced onion
- 1 TBL butter or margarine
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Instructions:
in bowl, blend soup, milk & parmesan
in butter 3-qt shallow baking dish (13X9X2") arrange alternate layers
of potatoes, onion & sauce
dot top w/ butter
sprinkle w/ paprika
cover - bake @400 for 45 min.
uncover
bake 15 min. more or until potatoes are tender
makes abt. 7 1/2 C
