Nutella cookies

Ingredients

• 1 stick softened butter
• 2/3 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 c semi sweet chips
• nutella

Preparation

Step 1

1) beat butter and sugar til creamy, add eggs and vanilla and beat til incorporated

2) mix flour and baking soda together in separate bowl

3) add half the dry into the wet and fold; add rest of dry and fold together. add chips and fold again

4) spray baking sheet. scoop about 1 t of dough into your hand and flatten to about 3" round. place 1 tsp nutella in centre of dough and roll the edges up and over to create a ball

5) bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. cool on wire rack
