Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

• 16 oz dark chocolate
• 16 oz heavy cream
• Add 2 tsp of espresso powder if desired.

Preparation

Step 1

Chop chocolate and place in large bowl. Bring heavy cream to a simmer and then pour over the chocolate. Let sit one minute. Stir gently until combined.
