Ingredients
- 10 ears of fresh corn (or 4 C frozen whole kernels)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 T chopped bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 6 T butter
- 2 peeled, chopped tomatoes
- 1 t Creole seasoning
- 1 t sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Scrape corn from cob, saving all the juice. Saute onion, pepper and garlic in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and simmer over low heat about 40 minutes.
