Ingredients
- 7 C small cauliflower florets
- 3 plum tomatoes, shopped
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 t cumin seeds
- 1/4 T turmeric
- pinch of cayenne
- 1/2 t salt
- pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Toss cauliflower and tomatoes with remaining ingredients on a baking sheet.
Roast in a 450 degrees F oven, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped cilantro.
