Cauliflower with Tomatoes

  • 7 C small cauliflower florets
  • 3 plum tomatoes, shopped
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 t cumin seeds
  • 1/4 T turmeric
  • pinch of cayenne
  • 1/2 t salt
  • pepper to taste

Step 1

Toss cauliflower and tomatoes with remaining ingredients on a baking sheet.

Roast in a 450 degrees F oven, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped cilantro.
