Coconut Cream Pie

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 c. half & half
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 TB corn starch
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 TB Butter
  • 1 cup coconut



Step 1

Whip together egg yolks and half and half
Mix together sugar and corn starch
Then mix first 4 ingredients together and cook together in microwave for 5-6 minutes 2 min at a time to stir until thickened

Add to the thickened ingredients the vanilla and butter and the coconut and put in pie shell
