Petit Four Icing (Poured Fondant)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs powdered sugar
  • 2 oz butter, melted
  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • 1 tsp almond or clear vanilla flavoring (if desired)

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in the top of a double boiler over hot water. Stir until smooth. Divide into smaller groups and color as desired for petit four dipping.
