Ingredients

  • 2 10.5-ounce cans cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 quart milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 12-ounce packages frozen haddock fillets (cod can be substituted)
  • 2 4.5-ounce cans shrimp, drained and rinsed
  • 2 10-ounce packages frozen lobster tails, cooked and cut
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, milk, and water. Bring to boil. Add fish that has been cut into 1-inch chunks. Simmer about 5 minutes. Add shrimp, lobster, onion, and thyme. Simmer another 5 minutes. Season to taste.
