Ingredients
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce
- 1 bunch fresh spinach, about 6 cups, lightly packed
- GARLIC VINAIGRETTE
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 TBSP white wine vinegar or lemon juice
- dash worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup pine nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Wash lettuce and spinach well. Thoroughly dry and tear into small pieces. Mash garlic in a small bowl with mustard. Whisk vinegar or lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. Slowly whisk in oil, drop by drop until smooth & thick. Add salt & pepper to taste. Toss lettuce & spinach in bowl with vinaigrette. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
Serves 4-6
