  • 3 T butter melted
  • 2 t parmesan cheese
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 t thyme leaves
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 8-10 golden potatoes sliced thin about 1/16 in

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 12 cup muffin tin.
Cut your potatoes really thin and put into a large bowl. Add the melted butter, cheese and spices. Toss the mixture to coat the potatoes evenly.

Now layer the potatoes in stacks into the muffin tin. Sprinkle with more salt and pepper. Bake for 55-60 min or until the edges are golden brown and the center is tender. take out of the oven and let sit for 5 min. Garnish with some parmesan cheese and thyme if desired.
