  • 1 beef round steak {about 2 lbs., rolled in flour}
  • 1 clove garlic{minced}
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can whole tomatoes{ do not Drain}
  • 1 can{10 3/4 oz.}
  • condensed tomato soup { undiluted}
  • 3 med. potatoes unpeeled, diced
  • 1 {16 oz.} pkg frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 c sliced celery
  • suggested add ins, corn and beans {of you liking}

Step 1

Place onion and garlic in crock pot, dredge round steak through flour seasoned with your choice of seasonings, shake off excess flour, place steak into crock pot, add tomatoes with juice, cover with tomatoes soup, and potatoes, pea and carrots,celery...cover cook on low 6 to 8 hours or until meat and potatoes are tender
