Ingredients
- Cake.....
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 stick softened unsalted butter
- Filling.....
- 2 sticks softened unsalted butter
- 2 cups confectionery sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 20 1/2 oz crushed pineapple
- sliced banans
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- maraschino cherries
- crushed nuts
- Hershey's chocolate syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the flour, brown sugar and stick of butter. Press into a pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cool and crumble in a 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan. Combine the 2 sticks of butter with confectionary sugar, eggs, vanilla and whip until light and fluffy, about 10 minutes. Spread over the crust. Add a layer of crushed pineapple (drained), sliced bananas and top with the Cool Whip. Top with crushed cherries and walnuts. Refrigerate overnight. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
