Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 3 cups of macaroni
- 12 ounces of canned tuna
- 3 boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 10 ounce package of frozen green peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup of Italian dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix salad ingredients together, mix dressing ingredients together, and gently fold the dressing into salad.
This can be served in large bowl garnished with hard cooked egg slices and paprika. It can also be presented as individual servings, scooped onto a lettuce leaves or pineapple slices.
