  • 1 8oz pkg softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. vanilla 5 c powdered sugar



Step 1

Beat cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla together until smooth and fluffy., add powdered sugar 1/2 at a time, beat until creamy, add more lemon juice or powdered sugar as needed to achieve spreading consistency.
