cheesy beef and pasta

Ingredients

• ground beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 tsp. cumin
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 cup penne
• 1 bell pepper
• 2 oz. velvetta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. brown meat with onions, cumin, and chili powder

2. add tomatoes, water, pasta, and peppers. bring to a boil and reduce heat. cover; simmer

3. stir in velvetta
