Honey Lemon Frosting

Great on lemon cupcakes makes 3 1/3 cups

Ingredients

• 2 - pkg 8oz cream cheese
• 1/2 c unsalted Butter
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 tsp. lemon zest
• 2 c powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp. honey

Preparation

Step 1

Beat first four ingredients at med speed until creamy slowly add in powdered sugar, beating at low speed until blended, than beat at high speed until smooth, add honey, beating just until blended
