Ingredients
- 1 c tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 c green peppers, minced
- 2 T onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 t each: basil, oregano, and cilantro
- 2 T olive oil
- Bragg's Liquid Aminos

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together vegetables in mixing bowl. Remove half and place in
food processor. Blend until smooth and return to mixing bowl. Add
remaining seasonings and oil and mix well. Chill before serving.
