Ingredients
- 12 oz. ziti pasta
- 1 an (15 oz) Hormel Chili with No Beans
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 2 1/4 qt. baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook pasta according to directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix chili, enchilada sauce, chiles, cilantro and 1/2 cup cheese; stir in pasta. Transfer to the baking dish; cover with foil.
Bake 45 minutes or until hot in center. Remove foil; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
let cool 10 minutes before serving.
If desired, garnish with sour cream, cilantro sprig and hot peppers.
