White Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

• 16 oz white chocolate
• 8 oz heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Chop chocolate and place in large bowl. Bring heavy cream to a simmer and then pour over the chocolate. Let sit one minute. Stir gently until combined.
