Ingredients
- 4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 5 Tsb Butter
- 2 Tsb Flour
- 8 oz Sargento Fancy Sahrp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 peeled & Diced Carrots
- 4 chopped Green Onion
- 2 chopped Sprigs parsley
- 1 dash Tabasco
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Optional
- @ Cup Diced Ham

Preparation
Step 1
Heat chicken broth. Melt 3 Tsb butter, saute carrots & onions until tender. Add to broth. Melt 2 Tsb butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occassionally to prevent mixture from sticking to sides of pan. Combine roux and broth. Add Sargento cheese and parsley. Stir well. Season to taste. heat until cheese is melted. Top with green onions when served.
