Beer N' Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 2 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2/3 Cup Budweiser Beer
  • 2 Cup Sharp Cheese
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Dash Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrots and onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Stir in milk and beer. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and seasonings, stirring until melted.
