- 2 lbs. Pork, Veal or Beef (1 " cubes)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 large can chop suey vegetables
- 1 regular size can fancy chop suey vegetables
Brown meet in hot fat in cooker.
Salt and pepper meat and add soy sauce and 2 cups water and cook 10 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
Cool cooker normally 5 minutes and then reduce pressure instantly. OR simmer in an electric fry pan for 1 hr.
Add vegetables and simmer in open cooker 3 minutes.
Mix cornstarch in 1/2 cup water and thicken chop suey.
