Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breawsts (about 1 1/2 lb. total)
- 1 tea. oil
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce

Step 1
Brush the breasts with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken, covered, until cooked through, 4-7 minutes per side; brush with 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce and turn occasionally during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
