Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen hash browns
  • 3/4 cup shredded pepper jack
  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 - 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Oven 350, grease 2 quart baking dish
2. Arrange potatoes evenly on bottom of baking dish
3. Sprinkle with hams, cheese, onion.
4. Combine milk and seasonings. Pour over, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
5. Bake 350 degrees for 40-50", let set 5"
