Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 2 1/4 tsp garlic powder, divided
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 2 T butter
- 1 T olive oil
- 3 T lime juice

Step 1
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. In small bowl, mix together slat, peppers, thyme, parsley, ¼ tsp garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Sprinkle spice mix generously on both sides of chicken breasts.
Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, 5-6 min on each side. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tsp garlic powder and lime juice. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 min, turning chicken frequently to coat evenly with sauce.
