Potato Soup in Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 30oz bag frozen diced Hash Browns
  • 1 32oz box chicken broth
  • 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8oz cream cheese (not fat free)
  • 1 3oz bacon bits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1


Put hash brown in crock pot. Add broth, soup, 1/2 of the bacon bits and salt & pepper.
Cook on low for about 7 hours. (Until potatoes are tender)
About an hour before serving cut the cream cheese in small cubs. Add to crock pot. Mix a few times throughout the hour.
Serve and top with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
