Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 heaping tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Open salmon and pour juice into measuring cup. Dump drained salmon into bowl. Add egg and mix. Add ½ cup flour and mix with fork. Take ¼ cup salmon juice and add baking powder. Beat with fork. This will foam. Pour into salmon mixture. This will be thin. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Cook for 15 minutes.
