Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups blueberry
  • Pecan Topping:
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar & butter till fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix the rest of ingredients and 1 cup of blueberries. Smooth batter in pan. Top with 2 cups blueberries. Sprinkle with pecan topping. Bake 325 for 45-50 minutes (9x13 pan)

Pecan Topping:

Blend sugar, flour & cinnamon. Cut into butter. Add pecans.
