cup packed brown sugar
cup butterscotch flavored pieces, melted and cooled
cups all purpose flour
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on med-high speed for 30 seconds. Add the brown sugar, melted butterscotch pieces and vanilla. Beat until combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in remaining flour. Divide the dough into 4 portions. 2. Shape each portion into a 9" long roll. Wrap the rolls in waxed paper or plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hrs or up to 48 hrs. 3. Cut dough into slices about 1/4" thick. Place slices 1" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 min or until edges are set. 4. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 min. Transfer cookies to a wire rack; cool.
