Mixed vegetables in a cheesy sauce, topped with French Fried Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 bag (16oz) frozen vegetable combination, such as brussels sprouts, carrots and cauliflower,thawed and drained
  • 1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave Directions-
Combine soup, sour cream and milk in a large bowl. Stir in vegetables, cheese and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Spoon into microwavable 2-quart oblong baking dish. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and mixture is heated through, stirring halfway through cooking time. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cups onions. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until onions are golden.

Oven Directions-
Prepare vegetable mixture as above. Bake, covered, in 400 oven 45 minutes or until tender and mixture is heated through. Stir; sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, 1 minute.
