Ingredients
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 9" pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate chips and set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well. Add melted chocolate and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating mixture for 2 full minutes before adding next egg. Spread into cooked pie crust. Chill for several hours before serving. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
