Roast Pork Tenderloin

  • 1/4 C honey
  • 2 T Hoisin sauce
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 T fresh gingerroot
  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1#)



Step 1

Mix all marinade ingredients in a large zipper bag. Peel off any silvery skin from pork tenderloin. Add to marinade and turn to coat evenly. Refrigerate 2-6 hours turning bag occasionally.
Heat oven to 400. Line a broiler pan with foil. Grease broiler pan rack. Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade. Place on rack. Roast 20 min or until meat is barely pink in center. Let stand for 5 min before slicing.

Serves 4. 193 calories per serving
