Shrimp Salad

  • 14 oz. frozen salad shrimp (unthawed)
  • 1/3 cup mayo or miracle whip
  • 2 Tblspns lemon juice
  • 2 or 3 scallions (chopped)
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 2 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
  • Salt & pepper



Step 1

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least a half hour before serving.

Place on a bed of lettuce and diced tomatoes
