Ingredients
- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2-3 cups favorite pasta sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
In large saucepan, cook shells according to package directions, drain well
In medium bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, eggs and parsley. Fill shells with mixture. Spread tomato sauce on bottom of shallow casserole. Placed filled shells on sauce. Cover casserole and bake 30 minutes or until heated through. If desired, remove covering and brown filled shells under hot broiler.
