Ingredients
- 8 oz. Med Shrimp (16-20)
- 1 Tbsp. Chile Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce (divided use)
- 6 Cloves Roasted Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- 8 oz. Pasta, cooked
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Step 1
In a sm. bowl, combine the shrimp with the chile sauce, crushed red pepper, 1 Tbsp. of the soy sauce, garlic, tabasco & pepper. Stir till well mixed, then allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 min. In a med pan, heat the olive oil over med heat. Add in the shrimp & all of the marinade & cook the shrimp till just barely cooked through, about 30 sec-1 min. per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan & place in a bowl, leaving the marinade in the pan. Add in the tomato sauce, bbq sauce, the remainder of the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce & pepper to taste. Bring up to a boil & allow to simmer till the sauce thickens, about 2-3 min. Serve over pasta & garnish with parsley.
