Fresh Orange Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup orange juice
• 4 eggs
• 2 3/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp orange zest (or more)
• 1 tsp lemon zest (or more)
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees, grease and flour baking pan.

Completely mix all ingredients together.

Bake for approx.45 min. test with toothpick to see if it done.

I used lots of orange and lemon zest did not measure, the more the tastier.
