Tuna Noodle Crunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 large can tuna, drained
  • 2 cups noodles, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked peas
  • 1 cup slightly crumbled potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook noodles according to directions. Drain.
. Blend soup and water. Stir in tuna, eggs, and 3/4 cup of potato chips.

3. Place tuna mixture in 10 inch baking pan.

4. Place on 1 inch rack and cook or 15 minutes.

5. Place remaining potato chips or onions on top of casserole and cook another 2 minutes.

Tips
You can use any oven safe dish in the NuWave Oven.
Substitute potato chips with French fried onions.
You can also make hard boiled eggs in the NuWave, place the eggs on the 1 inch rack cook on power level 8 for 10-12 minutes, let cool, peel and enjoy.
