Egg - Nest Egg

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 slice of bread
• 1 teaspoon butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cut a round out of a slice of bread; Butter the bread. Toast bread on 4 inch rack for 2 minutes. Place bread in an oven safe dish and crack the egg in the hole. Add salt and pepper. Cook egg for 6-7 minutes. Longer if you want over hard eggs.

Tips
Serve with bacon.
