Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, cut up
- 3/4 cups onions
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Shredded cheese
- Bacon, chopped
- Scallions

Preparation
Step 1
Add potatoes, onions, chicken broth, salt and pepper to slow cooker. Set on high for 4 hours. In saucepan, combine the butter, flour, heavy cream and sour cream. Whisk until thickened. Add to slow cooker and cook 1/2 hour on low. Serve in bowls and add cheese, bacon and scallions.
